This comes with a 3.15MP camera and will let you record VGA videos at 17fps. The Viewty Snap is another touch screen phone. This is not a smartphone but it does have a better camera compared to the Optimus. The Viewty Snap, offered with plans by major phone networks today, has a 5MP camera. The Cookie Lite is another affordable option for an LG video capture mobile. This only has a 3.15MP camera and will let you capture videos (QCIF) at 15 frames per second.
